in AILAE's art events and those who are represented by Artegiro

so diverse, in different contexts and with various media,

convincing, gutsy, innovative, passionate, political artists.

For artists: What does requesting Artegiro's
representation involve
[ 1 ] Artegiro is your representative in
Europe ensuring promotion and sale of your art in Western
European countries. Although there are no contracts to sign
(!) it is implicit that Artegiro working for you here would
benefit from an exclusive access to your work here in Europe
or at least from a prominent role in promoting it.
[ 2 ] Artegiro will seek all opportunities
through its site ( www.artegiro.com)
, Internet campaigns, publicity, press and events to present
your work always in agreement with you of course.
[ 3 ] Artegiro will sustain most expenses
for this organization unless specific situations
exceed normal costs ( transport, framing of huge works , sponsoring
a particularly costly campaign etc). Artegiro does not require
a 'membership' fee or any other fee except a percentage on
the sales .
[ 4 ] Artegiro, if interested in your work
and able to add you to its portfolio of artists, will need
selected images of your works to set up a relevant section
on the Artegiro site and to compile materials and catalogues
relative to your work.
Artegiro will require of the artists a minimal annual contribution
however exclusively to maintain/intervene on the Artegiro
site as each artist can count on a further window and space
on the Internet.
[ 5 ] Artegiro negotiates with you a percentages
of gains from the sale of your works which will vary according
to situations.
[ 6 ] Artegiro is an ethical business and
therefore percentages will be calculated in agreement with
the artist.
[ 7 ] Artegiro not being a traditional gallery
will however play many roles typical of a gallery organizing
traditional exhibitions if that is appropriate and necessary
and using temporary show-spaces in various locations in Europe. This
involves negotiating with you suitable actions to store and
transport your works as well as compiling an European catalogue.
